Privacy Policy
Effective September 5, 2026. What elevated369.net collects, why, and the choices you have.
This page covers elevated369.net only — not Google, Instagram, or any other site we link to, which have their own privacy policies.
Information we collect
Information you give us directly:
- Loyalty list. If you join our loyalty list, we collect your name and phone number (required) and email address (optional), so we can text you about new drops, restocks, and in-store deals.
- Hold requests. If you ask us to hold a product ("Hold one"), we collect your name and phone number so we can call and confirm before you come pick it up. Nothing is sold or paid for online — payment happens in-store.
Information collected automatically:
- Standard site-usage data — pages viewed, browser and device type, approximate location from your IP address, and the site that referred you — collected through Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics cookies.
Age verification:
- Before browsing, you confirm you're 21 or older. That yes/no confirmation is remembered on your device for 30 days. We don't collect or store an ID, birthdate, or any other personal detail as part of this — it's just a confirmation.
How we use this information
- Hold requests — to call and confirm your item is set aside.
- Loyalty list — to send occasional texts (a couple times a month) about new drops and deals, and email only if you gave us one.
- Site analytics — to understand traffic patterns and improve the site.
- Legal compliance — to confirm you're old enough to browse and purchase age-restricted products. You must be 21+ with a valid photo ID to buy in-store.
How we share information
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Google (Analytics) and Cloudflare (hosting and site analytics).
- Web3Forms, which delivers your hold-request or loyalty-signup submission to our staff by email, and an automation workflow we operate ourselves to route those same requests — for example, to send loyalty texts.
- Authorities, if we're required to by law.
Cookies
This site uses cookies from Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and a local device setting to remember your age-verification confirmation. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, and Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Analytics.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to opt out of the loyalty list anytime.
- Call, text, or ask a staff member in-store to be removed from the loyalty list or to ask what we have on file for you.
- Adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies at any time.
A few more things
Children's privacy. Our products are age-restricted and this site isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
How long we keep information. We keep loyalty-list and hold-request information only as long as we reasonably need it for the purposes above, or until you ask us to remove it.
Security. We take reasonable precautions to protect the information you share with us, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Changes to this policy. If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page.
